Alumetal QHSE Policy Statement  

We at AluMetal LLC have developed and implemented an Integrated Management System to ensure the following 

• Provide the global market with aluminium solutions consistent with customer requirements and our strategic objectives, and with the aim of full customer 
  satisfaction. 
• To lead our business in labour law, environment, health and safety requirements according 
  to applicable legal national and international requirements and standards. 
• Full commitment of all employees to the implementation of the integrated management system.
• Protect our employees, the community, and the environment from any adverse impact on health, safety and environment arising from our activities.
• To provide healthy and safe working conditions for all employed (employees, contractors, visitors) in the company by improving the working environment, buying modern production equipment and continuous striving to prevent injuries and subsequent disease.
• Avoid undue risk to human health, safety and adverse impact to the environment.
• Prevention of injury and ill health. 
• Prevention of air, water and land pollution 
• Continual improvement of the IMS, to enhance quality, food safety, health & safety and social accountability performance. 
• Commitment to eliminate hazards and reduce OH&S risks 
• Commitment to consultation and participation of workers, and workers’ representatives. 
• Commitment to fulfill compliance obligations. 
• Ensure the availability of information and necessary resources to achieve our objectives and targets.
• Measure the achievements of the continual improvement by setting up and monitoring objectives and targets for our IMS performance indicators.

Our IMS shall be documented, implemented, and maintained as per the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. 

This Policy shall be communicated to all persons working under the control of the organization 

This policy shall be made available to interested parties; and 

This policy shall be reviewed periodically to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate to the organization.

The members of the Management Board are committed to this Policy and to the implementation and maintenance of the highest standards of health,safety welfare across the company. We expect every member of ALUMETAL, to share this commitment and to work together to achieve it.
